Vetted Dating Co. (“Vetted Dating,” “I,” “me”) runs vetteddating.co. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

What I collect

Info you give me: your first name and email when you request a free resource, plus your name, email and billing details when you buy something.
Payment info: card payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Automatic info: like most websites, this site and its service providers collect basic data such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and whether you open or click my emails. This is done with cookies and similar tools.

How I use it

To send you what you asked for, like the free checklist.
To send you emails about dating safety, my products, and tools I recommend. You can unsubscribe anytime.
To process purchases and subscriptions and give you access to what you bought.
To answer your questions and improve this site and my content.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run this business, such as my website and email platform (HighLevel) and my payment processor (Stripe). They may use it only to provide their services to me. I may also share information if the law requires it.

Emails and unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you’re off the list. I may still send you receipts or account notices about something you bought.

How long I keep it

I keep your information while you’re on my list or a customer, and as long as needed for taxes, accounting and legal reasons. Ask me to delete it anytime (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask me to show you, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you. Email [email protected] and I’ll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state’s privacy laws, and I will honor them.

Security

I use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but I take it seriously. This is a privacy brand, after all.

Kids

This site is for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If I update this policy, I’ll change the date at the top. Big changes will be announced by email.
