These terms apply when you use vetteddating.co or buy anything from Vetted Dating Co. (“Vetted Dating,” “I,” “me”). By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to them.
Everything I share, including free resources, The Vetted Method, the toolkit and membership content, is for educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, psychological or security advice. No checklist, tool or method can guarantee your safety or tell you with certainty who someone is. You are responsible for your own decisions. Always meet in public, drive yourself, and tell someone where you’ll be. If you are in danger, call 911.
I recommend outside tools, such as background-check services, privacy apps and safety products. Those companies are not run by me. Their results, accuracy, pricing and policies are their responsibility, and you use them under their own terms. Use people-search and background-check tools only for lawful purposes; they may not be used for employment, housing, credit or other purposes regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars at checkout. Digital products, including The Vetted Method and the toolkit, are delivered instantly, so all sales of digital products are final. Your download link appears on the confirmation page right after checkout, and a copy is emailed to you.
Memberships renew automatically each month at the rate shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel anytime yourself with the link in any member email or in your account, with no phone calls and no hoops. When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. Past payments are not refunded. A founding-member rate stays yours for as long as your membership stays active.
Everything on this site and in my products, including text, videos, checklists, scripts, logos and designs, belongs to Vetted Dating Co. Your purchase is for your personal use. Please don’t copy, resell, share logins, or post my paid content publicly.
If you send me a scenario, screenshot or story (for example, for a “Verify This” post), you give me permission to share it in anonymized form. Remove names, photos and anything that identifies another person before you send it. Don’t submit anything that harasses, threatens or exposes private information about someone.
The site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Vetted Dating Co. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from your dating decisions, your interactions with other people, or your use of third-party tools. If I am ever found liable, my total liability is limited to the amount you paid me in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
I may update these terms. When I do, I’ll change the date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
